Be aware - this company is a complete scam. It’s been over 2 months since making my order and I’m still to receive it. My request for a refund is being completely ignored. Do not order anything from them!!!

minus 1 score. I believe this is a SCAM site. Paid for my order, awaiting overdue delivery. Emailed all 3 of the contact email addresses .... all bounce back as unable to deliver. BE AWARE!!!!

BEWARE!!! This company will provide you with great customer service before you place your order, but once you have paid your order, you will get very little service after that. Their production obviously takes place in an oversees factory that they have no contact with other than shipping date "estimates". I have been given 3 different estimated shipping date and our order still has not been shipped even after paying for rush production. They cannot get updates for your order or package. I made the mistake of taking the reviews, because there are good ones, and did not check the BBB. DO NOT MAKE THAT MISTAKE!! We are not out $2500 for uniforms we cannot use.

I would give zero stars if possible. Our designer was AMAZING! His wonderful customer service and attention to detail convinced us to go with this company. Big mistake! It has been a nightmare. Once we ordered, there was little to no communication. Test prints were nothing like the beautiful design. None of questions regarding the print were answered. No one answers the phone, returns calls, or answers emails or text. In the off chance you get an email, the standard response was "we forwarded your request, you should get new test prints soon." Horrible test prints that did not look like our design has lead to MANY revisions. We were supposed to get our rush order of over 100 uniforms between the June 18-25 and we STILL do not have approved prints.

As a small nonprofit arts organization, we placed a $1,390 order with Wooter Apparel for custom jerseys intended for fundraising at our event on April 17. Unfortunately, the jerseys arrived just before the event with a significant error—the event logo was misprinted. Wooter offered to reprint the jerseys, but with only two days before the event, this was not a viable solution. They then proposed a partial refund but only provided $100, which does not adequately compensate for the unusable merchandise and the lost fundraising opportunity. This experience was not only financially detrimental but also disheartening, considering the importance of the event for our organization. We hope Wooter Apparel takes steps to improve their quality control and customer service to prevent similar situations for other organizations.

Update: they did call after I posted this, and got me a refund. I still feel like the experience eas bad enough to leave this up though. I was given a quote for 1 single outfit for an event. The quote was 4 weeks. I gave them 9 weeks and ordered and paid in advance. I emailed and called them repeatedly during the making process because I wasn't hearing anything back. Then they failed and the outfit arrived late. It couldn't be used other than that day, so I called them for a refund. They asked me to send it back, which I did. Then they claimed they issued a refund, but my credit card company denies it. Now its been months since then and they are not answering calls or emails.

Buyers beware! Going into the second weekend without our Jersey’s for our footballs teams. Promised delivery before the season started two weeks ago! Our league officials are having to tie the heat from your in ability to supply the jerseys you promised. Not only have you not delivered them you refuse to answer calls and give an explanation. Why should anyone ever use your company for apparel? If you can’t deliver what you promised and aren’t ethical enough to talk to the league officials who trusted you then you should not be in business. And don’t try and use the inability to hire employees to support your orders. If that’s the case you knew this when you accepted the order. Hopefully our league officials and others who want their items in a be timely manner as promised will no longer use you company!
