Hi This company is a scam. The people who give positive responses on here must be working for the company. I ordered two football tops in October they kept saying they had a problem with there ordering system, so I asked for my money back. They never gave me my money back in fact they tried to get money money from my PayPal account. Anyway I got my money back via PayPal. Beware of this scam company If I could give them no stars I would

I have been having ongoing problems with an order from rpea that I placed on 30 August. I told them right from the beginning that I was leaving Australia on 10/09/25. Not only did I have to organise shipment to me in nz because they were late with the order, but I had asked for our grandsons favourite players name (McKenzie), printed on the back. The shirts I got had McKenzike printed. Their community has been terrible. They want me to buy another 2 shirts and they’ll give us the other two for free! I am out for $165.78 now and they won’t accept any responsibility. Please? Can you help?

Hi Douglas. You continue to leave reviews but you never purchased from us. You are not a client of ours. Please leave a review on the page of the business that you purchased from. We have gotten reports over the last few weeks that scam websites are popping up and using our name in their confirmation emails. These look to be companies from China. We DO NOT have any affiliation with these companies or knowledge of where they came from. Some customers have emailed us saying that the scam websites that they ordered from are using the domain xwooter.com in their confirmation emails. This is NOT our domain. Our domain is wooter.com. We have identified two websites so far that are doing this: https://pacege.com/ and https://faunasports.uk/. If there are others, please reach out to us directly so we can take appropriate action. Douglas, please remove your review as you did not order from us and are hurting our brand. If you would like to place an order with us, you can on https://wooter.com/

Same as most others who give 1 star. We paid, waited for months, never got our order. This is internet based scam ladies and gentlemen. It made me feel better reading it’s not just me. Really annoying. It was a lot of money to loose for me. I just wanted to give me grandchildren cool strips and save a bit of cash. No strips. No cash. Just scammers 😩😩OMG😩😩 If just noticed this so called company has suddenly replied to all these reviews. Even some of the real ones in the last couple of days. I say, like other dudes, the lazy 5 star reviews are so obviously fabricated. But hey, then we got some reply’s from customer services. One word; Syntax. Don’t give criminals money here!

Read the 1 star reviews ignore the fake ones. I’ve had the below reply from this lot. I have emails to prove this is just lies. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Believe me folks, I have a life. I don’t want to be here fighting these types. My belief is that all these 5 star reviews are fake. The others here who write similar experiences are real. The uk subsidiary is aligned with this supposed US company. It’s a scam. Ask yourself my review reading friends, if your internet sales business were accidentally taking the blame for obvious theft and criminality for another company you claim to not know, what you wait over a month to counter said claim. I’m not stupid. Well I guess I am, I’ve had my money stolen and I’m fighting against faceless liers. Karma. It not so easy to hide fortunately on the internet. There are a great deal of people very upset with what’s going on. Tell me I’m not telling the truth Wooter. I have the emails and the rest 🙁 Word of advice, next fake review, make it all fluffy and lovely, but do a 4 star. Just to mix things up a bit 😉 Feel free to reply here so other people can understand the content of the emails I received from you. I’ve written the money off but it makes me feel pretty sick having to highlight your idiotic, lazy, criminal, soulless, sad lies. Shame on you

This has been a poor experience. We were assigned a sales rep (Yassin) to process our uniform order. We had to cancel it when we discovered that the uniforms would not arrive in time that Yassin provided to us. To their credit, Yassin (and his supervisor, Peter) were very responsive before taking our order, but unfortunately, they have not been responsive confirming for us that the order was cancelled and our payment information has been removed from their systems. Calls and emails to customer service and support have gone unanswered. It appears others have had a similar experience to us based on reviews. UPDATE: I appreciate your reply. I emailed support at wooterapparel dot com several weeks ago, and you have yet to follow-through on our request to confirm the order cancellation and remove our bank account information from your system. For anyone making a purchase online, this is concerning.

Thank you for your feedback Rob. You made a payment via ACH and your payment ended up being rejected by your bank. We never received your payment and therefore your order was never started! We also do not have any of your banking information in our system. You paid through Stripe and your banking information is not shared with us.

I ordered a few items from Faunasports.uk and I received an email confirming my order from Wooter so I am confused. This was the 19th of August and I am still waiting for my order....I believe they are just another scam so dont trust the good reviews they are probably paying for those
