WootReviews of woot.com

Scam Company. Very sketchy and promises very cheap prices but you need to provide Amazon login. It's a phishing SCAM! DO NOT LOG IN! You can kiss your Amazon account goodbye since they will steal everything they can and lock you out.

Bought a portable a/c from this collection of crooks a few years ago. Worked great for about a week, then became intermittent and failed completely shortly thereafter. Messaged woot in an attempt to get a replacement or refund. They responded to my first email in a way that lead me to believe that they would honor their return policy then just ignored me. Totally dishonest company that you should avoid completely.

I ordered 2 Lego Christmas Table Decorations - I received a 11x14 Solid Wood Picture frame and White Weather Stripping. I'm not sure how they could be this incompetent. Seriously need other people packaging the orders.

very very very bad experience, they sent a defective product that required a lot of time for installation and at the last step we test the product according to the manual, it turns out that it does not work at all. Woot expect us to disassemble the product for refund otherwise they just give out $25 refund for a useless product???? THINK BEFORE YOU BUY!!!!

They refuse to refund! Even though I sent it back. I have receipts! Even when I bought it, it was missing parts & was completely useless! This was from August 2025 when I ordered it until I gave up from their undeliverable email October 2025!!! DON'T give them money! Cause that's all it is!

I ordered a phone through Woot assuming their customer service and guarantees matched Amazon. That was a mistake. Woot shipped my order using USPS. What i received was a box without a phone. They refused to refund, replace, or stand by their responsibility

Stay away from this company! I thought that since they were part of Amazon, I could trust them. I ordered a robo/vac combo from there and it came nasty with hair in the rollers and not clean. Item also did not work. After emailing customer service about this, Woot contacted me and sent a replacement. This one last about 30 minutes and died on me. Guess I will report back to the credit card company so I can get my money back

Beyond terrible. Ordered a black thermostat they sent a white one. In addition to being the wrong color, was completely scratched up and chipped. I wrote to them and didn't hear back, but they sent a replacement - another white one, in equally terrible condition. Still waiting on a refund, and you can't speak to anyone in customer support. Will never use this site again.
