Over promised and paid, under delivered. Keep looking
For what you get, this is a lot. There are other cheaper options out there you can use. The AI wasn't there and it didn't respond well most times to clients. The app kept crashing. And when i did end up switching, they didn't even allow me to port my old number to a new carrier. I'm sure it works well for some users, but even if it were a perfect match, there are still cheaper alternatives out there that are just as good.
