Reliable Support and Unique Functionality with Room for Growth
I have been using Wooninjas’ plugins for a long time. While I’d be lying if I said everything always went smoothly, it’s important to acknowledge that my project is quite large, and despite some issues, the Wooninjas team has always been responsive and eager to help find solutions. There were times when certain issues took longer to fix, but they eventually resolved them. One standout experience was when I faced an incompatibility issue with one of their plugins. Wooninjas accepted my request to exchange the license for another plugin, with just a small additional fee, since the new one was priced higher. Instead of asking for a refund, I was happy to receive a product that worked well on my site. Their plugins offer unique functionality that I haven’t found elsewhere. However, I do wish they would stay a step ahead and synchronize their updates better with LearnDash to avoid some bugs. That said, I believe their plugins have great potential, and with continued collaboration between clients and developers, I’m hopeful for the future development of these products.
