This company is honestly the worst I've ever encountered. They practically trap you into buying their worthless plugins and refuse to refund in any situation. The so-called founder, Zee is not an honest man. Please stay away from this company in case you want to keep your money and sanity.

I've been working on a project that utilizes the BuddyBoss platform and LearnDash to create an educational/social platform. I've invested over two months and purchased numerous plugins to build content, courses, and gamification features. Eventually, my offline site started crashing due to plugin conflicts. I needed a reliable company familiar with the platforms I was using to sort out these issues. That's all I was asking for. I chose WooNinjas because they offered phone consultations. Despite their steep quote of $1,850, I agreed just for the peace of mind and to meet my launch timeline. After paying half ($975), the problems began. They sent me weekly emails claiming "DNS issues" and billed me for 5-7 hours of work. I clarified that the DNS settings were correct and that the real issue was plugin conflicts. I even bought additional hosting and invited them to work directly from my WordPress account. Long story short, it's been nearly a month, and nothing has been accomplished. They keep promising that my site will be ready in 7 days, but all I see are generic WordPress pages in their screenshots, not the content I spent over 70 hours creating. To add insult to injury, a person named Zee had the audacity to offer a 50% refund if I wasn't satisfied. What a joke! I've wasted a month, $975, and countless hours on emails and calls. Stay away from WooNinjas!

Don't use this firm. My experience began badly, when they took payment but their own site failed to work - so it took messages to support with screenshots of my credit card statement to even get the plugin. Mine was a Learndash plugin, which immediately broke my existing Quiz results page. I submitted a support ticket and a few days later they tell me "the plugin works fine" (it doesn't). I send in a video that shows the plugin functionality is broken, and yet more time elapses before they confirm I'm right. They ask for access to the staging site, but every time I provide it, the access link expires before they get around to actually providing any support. By this time I'm well and truly fed up. Their support team don't care, their products are branded as though they work with Learndash, yet they're unsupported junk, and every single interaction takes days on end to get a basic response. I ask for a refund, but they refuse because "you can only get a full refund in the first 2 weeks of being a customer". It would appear their support is deliberately slow in order that no-one can qualify for a refund - it takes more time than that to even get a basic response. Finally they offer "credit for another purchase" - like I want to buy anything else from this company! I wouldn't touch their products with a 50 foot pole, and sadly I was stupid enough to buy a lifetime license. If you're considering buying their products, don't. Just take the money outside, set it on fire, and install some bugs on your own website to replicate the experience of being a WooNinjas customer

I purchased the LearnDash Certificates plugin from wooninjas.com on July 6, 2023. I have not received the download file, let alone the license to activate. On the wooninjas website it said that my order was pending, but I had already paid with a credit card. So I reached out but got no email responses. Support only responded a few days after I requested a refund via 2Checkout. They said they hadn't seen my order on their website (Congratulations on the organization). They claim that info@ is not the right email to contact. But it is from this email that I received the order confirmation on the website. The same email is also disclosed for contact. After much effort, wooninjas acknowledged the fault and asked me to cancel the refund with my bank. But as of today, July 21, 2023, I still haven't received the amount back. If you need a reliable plugin with support, I don't recommend Wooninjas. They have a serious communication and organization problem.

the team changed scope of work - produced no results, padded the hours worked -- logs show how much activity they did in my system -- and they over stated hours by 10x. they changed the parameters of the work despite stated goals. they have a serious communications problem and just do not do project plans despite numerous requests for project planning documentation so we could track progress. the dev team refused to have a call with me - was only ever allowed to talk to the sales guy who seemed to misunderstand every conversation and spent most of his time talking and repeating himself rather than listening and understanding. in the end I sent them $3500 and got nothing for it -- and no refund despite the lack of progress and overstated hours of work.

I was sold a an awesome plug-in back in 2018 for “lifetime” support and activation. Randomly, just under 4 years it deactivates and won’t work/update. I reach out to support and they say my order was refunded. Yes that is correct, cause your checkout system in 2018 was double billing people. Then in 2019, 6 months later they deactivated my plugin. Support says, it was disabled. By who? This company, then tried to sell me on a subscription per year, when they sale a lifetime use for less per year. What a scam. I will be taking my business to honorswp dot com *Update* Talked to Zeeshan Raza, Co-Founder. First he offers to give a refund. I explained I just want a working product. As it worked for years and was disabled last week. Second, he wants me to remove my review, I state that buyers of your company should know how customers are treated. It took a phone call, 4 emails just to have them sell me on buying the product again. Third, he posts a google review about our company, blackmailing him. I’d steer clear of this company, all we wanted was what we paid for working as it had been for years… maybe the other co-founder will call/email for Zeeshan childish behavior. *2nd Update* Never offered a discount. Childishly wrote a bad review about our company, which he has never done business with. If this doesn’t make you steer clear… I’d worry about this company lasting.
