Recieved one as a Christmas gift, it is sooo comfortable and warm, love it. Had a little issue with a snag and they sent me a replacement ASAP, once I sent pictures and the order number. The customer service was second to none. So fast, effective, efficient and so friendly. Definitely will be ordering from here as gifts in the future.

Ordered 4 for Christmas present and 2 of them had holes in them and are coming apart at the pockets. Won't replace as I got them the end of October even though when they were opened at Christmas they were damaged! Also sent me the wrong colours which wasn't a big deal but because the colour of the wooliee doesn't match my order they're also disputing that! Dreadful customer service and really not good quality for the price you pay!

Hi Emma, Thank you for sharing your experience. All orders have up to 30-days after the delivery date to inform us about any issues/defects - if this time frame is expired, unfortunately we cannot replace/refund your order. If the Wooliee is bought as a gift - its the best to inspect it once it arrives to report any issues. In our opinion this is enough time for our customers to spot any defects upon opening the parcel. More information regarding Returns/Exchanges/Refunds can be found using our designated site: https://www.wooliee.com/policies/refund-policy Kind Regards, The Wooliee

Ordered 4 wooliee cosy oversized hoodies and 2 arrived on time and 2 got lost in the post. Wooliees were so efficient, and did everything they could to assist me with locating the lost parcel. The hoodies are amazing quality, so comfortable and warm and the customer service was second to none. Highly recommend this company and their product.
