Edit since Woolies response: Thank you for your reply. I am extremely impressed with how you listened to Feedback from customers and can confirm that your new woolies are so cozy and warm and brilliant quality. I might just have to buy myself another one! I have bought two woollies and both are very different quality, which is disappointing as I didn’t realise there were two different types. The second one I ordered for my mum is vastly superior to the one I bought for myself. First one bought very end of December and second one bought in February. I wish I had been informed of the difference and given the option to buy the much better one (which was €10 more expensive) in the first place. My mum hasn’t taken hers off since she got it and very happy with that one.

Hi Ciara, We appreciate that you have taken the time to share your experience as Customer satisfaction is our priority. We have listened to our customers in the past and a lot of them wanted the Wooliee's to be a bit larger. Our new design which is now 10% larger than the previous version was introduced to our customers at the beginning of February 2021 for Pre-Orders only - which we started to ship on the 17th of February from our warehouse in Ireland. I hope you understand that we are listening to you guys how to improve our products to make them better and cozier, and our design can change again in the future for better :)
