UPDATE: Woofz got in touch with me after this review - explained it all and out of their goodwill refunded part payment which was unexpected. Their support team were very helpful in the end so although this was I joined up to for the trial - they are a legit company and you just need to read the fine print. Customer services were very helpful. I did the 7 day trial, paid for the trial and it said no further charges, I was then charged another $22, then $67, then $69 - tried to cancel after the $67 - they said we have cancelled only to get the $69 taken out of my account. I blocked my debit card so they couldn't take anymore. Do not recommend unless you are in it for the long long term and happy to pay numerous times. Cancelling was/is a real issue with fees for I don't know what. Definately research before you sign up.
