I was charged by Woofz despite not even creating an account. I filled out the online questionnaire and received a warning from my bank a week later that I was about to be charged nearly $40. When I checked my account, I could see that Woofz somehow charged my card for an initial pilot. I never downloaded the app. I don't remember even filling in my personal email or details - and there is no record in my inbox of a welcome or subscription confirmation by Woofz. And I can't log into and access any settings on the website, despite being subscribed to this product according to Woofz. Hugely predatory.

The training information is vague and the program plan created is for a puppy not a mature dog and totally irrelevant. I am extremely disappointed in the program.
