Terrible customer service. I’ve reached out multiple times in regards to me subscription and have gotten 0 responses. VERY unprofessional and suspicious. Wondering if this app is just a scam.

Update - Woofz contacted me soon after I wrote this review and refunded my money. I suspect their system set up is poorly designed (for the accounts) which can cause serious frustration. Going public did seem to get their attention. And their response to this post is at best disingenuous. There was not user confusion on my end, only a system perhaps configured to lead you to mutiple purchases. Shame on them. I believe Woofz is a scam. I have been trying to access my account for several days. I signed up, and after 10 or so tries and a change of password, I got in to the program for about 15 mins. Since leaving the program, I have not been able to log in, though the credit card payment has been processed. I contacted them, received an email 2 days later telling me no account exists and wanting more info. Links they have sent me lead to signing up for same program but for higher prices. Either bad programming or a scam. I also note that the business is based in Cyprus.

You can definitely close this banner by tapping the X button on the top left corner of the view and logging in to your existing account. We can also ask you to add some additional details, such as the transaction date, the last four digits of your card, and another email in cases where the provided email didn't match the information we've previously received from you, and we weren't able to find such an account in our database. It will help to investigate your case more deeply and provide more accurate support. Hope for your cooperation, and will be waiting for your answer to solve your request.

Vu de très nombreuses personnes qui ont pris le temps de mettre un avis totalement défavorable de votre site et de vos programmes de dressage , je vais donc moi même de m'abstenir de prendre un abonnement chea vous , donc j'étais prêt à le faire . Il y a rien de tel d'aller dans un club canin ou le dressage sera fait dans les règles sur place et dans ma région .

I want to use the desktop for Woofz. I am 78 years old and have a 4-month-old Golden Retriever. I do not hear well, so I need earphones. I cancelled a 12-week subscription within two hours. They will not refund my money or explain why the desktop version only works a phone swipe; I cannot move forward in the program. I cannot use the program on the desktop until I swipe on a phone, because I cannot swipe on the desktop.

The app itself is well-designed, visually appealing and easy to navigate. The content of the courses is well-paced and deeply informative. You can see the results very quickly in your dog if you stay committed and consistent. The app has many helpful features to keep the user engaged and motivated. Beyond Woofz being extremely useful for training your dog, their customer service is exceptional. The representatives are prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and kind.
