The app is awesome! It gives instructions, reason why it may or may not work and solutions for that. I only wish I had known about this sooner.

This company took 10 months of fees for a service l didn’t want, sign up for or use. When l realised what was happening it was really difficult to cancel or contact them, eventually l was able to block future payments but was refused any refund. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THE FREE TRIAL, you’ll be hooked into a contract without realising. Update: I did email Woofz customer service as they asked but they didn’t try to resolve the situation or help me. They suggested l re-register on the App (with my payment details) but be sure to cancel the plan if l didn’t want to pay beyond the free trial! - laughable response!

So far customer service is no help. It seems they intentionally make their site so you can't login to any account to cancel. I've been trying everyday for days. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP, IT WAS NO HELP AND ALL HURT!!!

I always check the reviews for an overall idea, this time all reviews are a clear sign of scam when it comes to subscription and my hard earned money. I will not be using this app mainly because of the bad reviews!!!

I am being charged for a subscription i don’t have access to. I just so happen to go through my billing statements and realized I’ve been being charged $39.99 since at least February. It can’t even log into this alleged account. All I did was do a questionnaire on Instagram but I never went further.

I was charged almost $40 overnight without any clear warning. I sent around four messages through the "Contact Us" section and still haven’t received a single reply. I don’t recommend downloading this app. The subscription doesn’t show up in the App Store, but it’s hidden in their website system. If you’ve already fallen for it like I did — be extremely careful when canceling. What looks like a cancellation is actually just a pause. You need to double-check that you’ve hit the actual Cancel button. Very misleading and disappointing experience.
