Helpful, easy to follow instructions for dog training and ownership Edit: Customer support unhelpful.

The courses are easy to understand the web site is hard to navigate. Our Dog does not fit the "mold" he was abused by someone and can NOT bark (his voice box was damaged) so that is not the problem - the problem is he is terrified of strangers. He gets along great with other dogs it is just people. so we were hoping this training would help us to help him so we could take him on walks. So far it has not given much advice on this problem but we just started so we will give it some time. Also know that ad for "purchases" keep popping up. That is very annoying when you just paid for the training package.
