The app looks interesting and I looked into using it, however this company uses AI to advertise. If they're cutting corners there, I wonder where else they're cutting corners. Embarrassing, next!

I mistakenly sent an order into Woofz. A few days later I called and requested a refund. The CSR who helped me couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful than she was.

The training ,so far, has been helpful but my puppy still doesn't come when distracted by any person walking by or a new smell on the ground. She is improving though. I thought the training was without treats but every single lesson wants me to use treats. My puppy is only 5 months now and I have been training her for about a month. She sits with word or hand gesture very well and will not get on the couch without an invite now. She does come when called most times in a fenced in dog park since we are travelers and have no fenced yard. Would love the pdf to see what is ahead.

Distraction-proofing recall (especially with new smells and passersby) is often one of the trickier stages, so that's completely normal at 5 months in. Been struggling with some issues with my 2 yr old cocker spaniel. WOOFZ gives clear simple training g advice and games to help teach your dog the right behaviour and also explains why they do these things. It's early day but it has already increased my understanding and confidence so I can help my dog. Definitely recommend

The company double charged me, two payments on the same day. I found it impossible to contact them, no telephone number on the site. Chat only, which my fingers have a very difficult time with. The cancellation process did not work since I couldn’t log in. The site didn’t recognize my email. I felt ignored and unappreciated. I would be leery of doing business with this company.
