Everything on this app can be learned through you tube for free there is no new information provided. I was so disappointed by the very basic information given. When I canceled auto renew it still charged me after my promotion and I can not get a refund because I can not reach anyone through email and the phone number is over seas. Do not download this app go to you tube or your local pet store they will have far more information and they won't keep charging you after your cancel. Update* I was able to get half of my money refunded, I was emailed shortly after this post. And quickly after each reply. I still stand by my description of the app.
