So far the training has helped me with my 2 miniature dachshund who are 2 yrs old. I have used the app as it shows and dogs are responding well.

I signed up for Woofz thinking I had a 30-day trial, only to be charged a day early with no email warning. When I asked for a refund, support hid behind fine print, claimed renewals happen “automatically,” and pushed me off to PayPal instead of taking responsibility. They also require you to cancel 24 hours before renewal, which feels like a deliberate trap. This is not how an honest business treats customers. If you do try Woofz, keep your guard up but honestly, I’d avoid it altogether.
Response from WoofzAug 21, 2025
Hello there! We’re truly sorry for your experience and completely understand your frustration. Our goal is to be transparent, not to cause confusion or make cancellations difficult. All subscription details (ncluding the auto-renewal process and the requirement to cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date) are displayed during the purchase process and outlined in our Terms of Use (https://www.woofz.com/terms-of-use/). For payments processed through third parties like PayPal, refunds must be handled via that provider, which is probably why our team directed you there. If you still need any more clarifications, feel free to reach out to us back again!

I like the simplicity of it, I prefer to read than watch videos, so I find that helpful.
