So far customer service is top notch
So far customer service is top notch. It was a little slow in the beginning. I had already trained my puppy Quite a bit before I even started with woofz. I had to set the timer and take quizzes before it would allow me to go on. Now, I am finally teaching new tricks and it is wonderful. I'm just learning how to navigate the site, it seems user friendly... I will have to rate later on in the program. So far, i'm really enjoying it... There are a lot of good tips and I have a happy poppy
