Good site so far. Just cost a lot of money for something I’m not sure is worth all the cash. Hopefully will help me train my dog though

Today I see Woofz and put through a yearly charge for a program that didn’t work for me. I discovered in the fine print they do this unless you cancel your membership. Woofz please please reimburse me. I am a senior and this charge of 143.10 was taken without authorization from my living expenses. I did not understand they will auto renew and I have taken steps to turn off auto renew, deleted my membership, turned off the renewals. Please do the right thing right away. I need the money. I will most certainly be more aware in future.

The app does a good job providing basic training skills for many different types of commands. The training timer at the end of the sessions is helpful for accountability.

This is nothing short of a con or scam I looked it I paid a minimal amount but after reading I thought that the training was not of any use I just found out today £38 was taken from my cardi contacted them on an enquiry page but later managed to get in after changing my password to find out they cancelled my account My complaint is I never received notification of funds being withdrawn and when i contacted them they never emailed me to say they cancelled my account just on the subscription page it states I can use for another month well I’ve never used it nor will I I have contacted my bank but more than likely say I authorised it The T & Cs are so much who reads them all for dog training app A well thought out scam
