Definitely NOT Personalized
Personalized plan? What a joke! The commands in the "customized" course were all commands my dog has already mastered, and were ones that the quiz specifically asked about. The readings and training guides were all completely irrelevant to my dog's issues. (I told you he's 5 years old, why in the hell are you giving me puppy content??). I also want to know why on earth dog size is not a part of the quiz; a lot of this "personalized" training was in no way appropriate for my 9 pound ball of fur. And as I waded my way through step by step guides that had nothing to do with the issues I reported in the quiz, when I FINALLY got to something that was actually relevant to us, it was the one thing that didn't have detailed instructions!!!! Complete waste of time and money.
