I really like that this training app makes it easy to find time to train your dog. It also completely takes all the guesswork out of it.

We have a cavapoo puppy and initially bought training books which we found hard to devise a training plan. Downloaded woofz and it has been really great. It allows you to add a family member so that you can share training. 2 days in and our puppy is already following basic commands like yes, sit and come. This app is so useful and even offers lifestyle and puppy care advice if you want it. We have found the training plan invaluable!

It’s great to know that the training plan and family sharing feature have been useful for you. Keep up the great work with your puppy, and we’re here to support you every step of the way! 🐾😊

Overzichtelijke training. Stap voor stap wordt je door de training van je hond geleid. Makkelijk om er even bij te pakken als je weer een stapje verder wil maken met je hond. Trainingen zijn niet te lang en goed te doen.
Response from WoofzFeb 11, 2026

Wish I had read these reviews before I went near this site. Like many others I realised, after paying for the trial, that it wasn’t what I needed. I cancelled online but you have to email to cancel so I still got charged the full amount. What a ripoff. I appreciate that the company came back to me quickly but I did try and cancel it within the time allowed and was still charged the full amount after the trial was over. Thanks for replying again. I actually did cancel according to my subscriptions on my iPhone. I did contact your customer service as soon as the full payment was taken from my card and your colleague kindly refunded the trial period payment, which I did not expect. So we will have to agree to disagree. My review remains the same.

Hello Elaine, Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your frustration with the cancellation process. We understand how disappointing it can be when things don’t go as expected, and we genuinely appreciate your patience throughout the process. While we strive to make cancellations as clear and easy as possible, we understand that this situation may have felt confusing, especially when it comes to different platforms and procedures. We are glad that our customer service team was able to assist you with the trial payment refund, but we fully respect that you still feel dissatisfied with the overall experience. If you have any further concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. We’re always here to help and make improvements based on your feedback.
