Not that good
Took 4 days just to post the watch. Automatic mechanism is of poor quality - literally loses about a minute per day! Looks much better in pictures than in person. Won't be getting another.

Good Afternoon Gerald, First and for most thank you very much for purchasing your JORD Timepiece. Please do keep in mind that automatic movements will not be as accurate as a quartz battery powered movement. The movement inside your timepiece can have a + or - 45 second variance within a 24 hour period. This information is provided on our website in the movement and watch detail section. With that our team would be more then happy to look over the timepiece and test the accuracy of the movement to make sure that it is within the above tolerance. awful conpany
Awful company- couldn’t be more helpful when you need to return an item, quick email replies - keen to get your £16 repair money - stone silence ever since item was signed for delivery over a week ago As this was a gift I guess they see it as £200 easy money Steer clear

Hey R, That's disheartening to hear you feel that way. As I'm sure you know we are in the absolute heat of Christmas trying to fullfill orders. We are a very small and family owned business of less than 15 employees. The same team that handles our customer service also handles our RMA's. Repairs will take about 10 business days to process through Dec 25th. We will resume our normal turn around time frame's for RMAs there after with the exception of our company holiday on January 1. We do our very best to help all our customers so please we hope you understand and appreciate you being patient while we try to get through the Holidays :)

high price / low quality / poor warranty
I bought a fairly high end watch band from Jord. I was quite disappointed that it began to fall apart shortly after the purchase date. I used a touch of super glue to keep it together and that seemed to work. Next the clasp broke at what appears to be a very flimsy joint. I contacted the company about a warranty repair. They replied that I was beyond their warranty and if I paid in advance they would authorize a repair. I have decided to return the replacement that I purchased last week based on their unwillingness to stand behind their product. The poor quality at the high price make this strap a poor choice.

Hey Mike! We certainly appreciate the feedback. Let's gets this resolved! I'm seeing in your original request form that you categorized the issue as " customer fault". When we see this, our team will assume based on this categorization that the watch needs a traditional repair outside of warranty. Within the drop down menu there is an option to select "no fault of your own". We definitely stand behind our products and if you believe this to be a true manufacturer defect please send the watch back to us, we can have our Quality Manager Josh assess the damage and if it's to be something on our end we'd be more than happy to take care of it for you. Also, we would truly appreciate a follow up review if your services were up to par. Reviews keep our doors open :)
