Does everyone that purchases from this company receive a broken watch? I was so excited, read that this was one of the best wooden watches. When I went to the website initially there was an immediate Chat Box asking me how they could assist, great customer service! I purchased the watch as a Christmas gift. Once opened, the watch kept running hours too fast. I contacted Jord, got their vm, left a vm, sent a Chat and sent two emails. Finally I posted on their facebook site and received a response. They did send a replacement without waiting on my return first which I thought was very nice, but now the replacement is also broken. I called again, only option was to leave a vm. I also sent an email. Will see if they respond but I'm so highly disappointed that they focus so much on selling the product, but their after service is so poor, as well as the product. Highly disappointing.

When I first received the watch it was in excellent condition and loved it. After 11 months I noticed there was a crack in the wood by the frame and emailed JORD in order to get it fixed. I received a response within a couple of hours and they're sending me a box with return slips to mail the watch to them. The fact that this is such a seamless process amazes me and I will DEFINITELY use them again in the future.

Was given a jord watch as a gift from my employer, but it was broken. Contacted Jord who were able to look up the order number (I didn't know it) and initiate an RMA. They refunded the (international) postage for returning the broken watch, and dispatched the replacement as soon as I had posted it back (rather than waiting to receive it). I received the replacement within 7 days, which was excelent given it was an international package and during christmas peak postage.

I ordered a wood watch from this website thinking that I would receive a wonderful high quality watch. However, what I received was a poor quality wooden watch, probably also fake, made with cheap materials. On the third day of use the watch fell off of my arm as the links were no longer able to hold together the parts. I reported the incident and I was told to fill out a RMA which I have done twice without any respond. Beware when considering buying from this website!
