Watch sizing program needs work
Product is great but the sizing is a problem. It never seems to be right.... I said I wanted 2 links out but I guess they used the size diameter instead and only took out 1 link. It was annoying and I ended up spending $10 to get the second link out....

Hi William! Thanks for letting us know! The Hyde comes standard at 19.30cm and the links are each 1cm in length. To size the watch to 18cm it would come to 18.30cm. We do want the watch bands to have a tiny bit of slack for when the wrist is flexed =)

My experience with Jord has been exceptional
My experience with Jord has been exceptional. This is the second Jord watch that I have purchased and both pieces were of great quality and craftmanship. The second was a Christmas gift for my wife and I was impressed that Jord contacted me twice to make sure they got the order and engraving just right. She loves it! Well done!

Beautiful but ultimately useless
Purchased the Apple Watch band. Absolutely loved it, at first. A beautiful statement piece which garnered quite a lot of attention. All was well until wood pieces started chipping, then breaking and finally fell apart. There needs to be more R&D in how to construct a useable piece which maintains its integrity in everyday use cases.

Love my JORD Wood watches
