Great chipper,excellent choice for the money so heavy duty, best product I've ever bought. The emergency shut off switch vibrated loose a few times but that's OK, I would suggest To post on the hopper to look down it every time before starting, Just in case something or someone didn't get in it, Even if you just took a 10 minute break. For American made and the money I'm extremely impressed, Many thanks for creating such a great product. Best Barry

Ordered a Power King 5 inch wood chipper that was on-sale W/electric start & extended axel & included shipping. Verified price & extras by phone W/Ryan before I ordered, he confirmed them as included. Placed the on-line order and received a confirmation. Item arrived in large semi, lift gated to ground at my barn door. I do recommend you have someone to help you if you do not have equipment to move a small 450 pound pallet. A large furniture dolly would probably work too. All in all, a good experience. I recommend Wood Splitter Outlet as a retailer for wood/timer equipment.
