Great customer service and loved the quality of their products

Their phone number on their website appears to be a Colorado phone number but they are showing a Delaware address on the website. I called the number shown and got someone who did not identify themselves as Woodson Bros. Then when I tried to call again the phone number was always busy. There is something strange about this company.

HORRIBLE! AVOID THIS COMPANY! The panels that I ordered arrived in half the size that I ordered. The explanation was that they cut them in half for shipping… ALSO, all the panels arrived damaged. You cannot call customer service, they do not answer the phone. And Henry in the Chat took 2 hours to tell me that I would be offered a $100 refund instead of changing my damaged panels! This company has ZERO customer service. AVOID!!

These panels are great! I just added them to my home office and they add such a nice and stylish feel. The acoustics are so much better now too. I’m really happy with them and will need to order more for other spaces in my house :)

These were so fun to put up! I did it in just a few hours and all alone. Super simple to measure, cut, and apply to the wall. They look great behind my tv and add a great accent to my living room.
