The product was not delivered. Apparently DHL messed it up, the signature was not mine, I was at work at that time, neighbours did not receive anything. The customer service wanted me to pay shipping fees again, and it was already many emails back and forth before that. I still have not received my products and am treated like I messed it up, which is not the case. Definitely not happy and not acceptable customer service!

I placed an order at the beginning of May 2020 and still have not received any sort of update as to the status of my order (the end of June 2020--almost two months later). To put this into perspective, the website advertises that their products are produced in about two weeks. Save yourself the headache and time and use a different service.
