I honestly cannot recommend this company after my experience with the Tan Aeroflex Performance Suit. Before the suit was made, I contacted customer service specifically because I had only entered some of my measurements. I explained that I wanted someone to help walk me through the measurement process so that the suit would actually be tailored correctly to me. I was told to go to a tailor and have my measurements professionally taken. I replied and made it clear that I was going to do exactly that. However, before I even had the opportunity to send those measurements, they shipped the suit anyway. So what exactly was the point of discussing a tailored fit with me? On top of the cost of the suit, I then had to pay approximately $40 in customs and fees just to receive it. When it arrived, the fit was absolutely dreadful. It is far too big and certainly does not feel like something that was tailored or made to my measurements. The most frustrating part is that the material itself actually feels great. Unfortunately, that is about the only positive thing I can say. Customer service throughout this experience has been practically non-existent. Jenny was the only person communicating with me, and despite me clearly explaining the situation, I received zero meaningful help or resolution. I backed/bought this expecting a properly fitted performance suit and instead I have spent all this money, paid additional customs charges, and ended up with a suit that I cannot properly wear. I will also be sharing my experience on Kickstarter, because other backers should know that my experience of the supposed tailoring/made-to-measure process was nothing like what I expected. Great material, terrible execution, terrible communication and an extremely disappointing customer experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
