The website was easy to negotiate and ordered item arrived in a couple of days. I ordered the inflatable travel cushion for my husband to use on an up coming long haul flight, as he has a slipped disc in his back. Cushion not used yet, except to try it out while sitting on the sofa, and it was comfortable. Cushion arrived with a bag to keep it in and also a free sleep mask 😊

Wooden Crew customer service is superb to work with. When I received an item that.didn’t work for me, they worked diligently to solve the issue and offer me other options for return. I would definitely trust this company and order from them again in the future.

Everything went smooth from ordering to delivery. I was notified every step of the way. Looking forward to using my new seat cushion.

The item arrived quickly and was as described. Instructions were easy to understand. Haven’t actually used it on a plane seat yet but it seems to help on hard seats here in the house.

I placed an order August 22nd for the travel pillow set and I am still waiting for the delivery. My trip is next week. Efforts to reach their customer service team has been impossible. Is there a person at Woodencrew who could please help to receive my order? Thank you.
