Pleased with item but delivery took quite a while.

Easy transition, arrived at a reasonable timeframe, wasn’t expecting them to be shipped from overseas or to incur an international transaction fee after the fact though. Despite all this they look to be a quality product.

Haven't used the products as yet. Bought the cushion and travel adapter. Quality seems good. Would have given it a 5 star if there was an A connection. Only C connections. Overall 👍

Easy transaction

I bought a neck pillow and was unhappy with it. I contacted wooden, who offered me a couple of options to resolve the issue.

Customer service is very helpful. The seat cushions were not what I had expected and customer service was very helpful with an exchange. Thanks for the help Woodencrew!

No problems with order. Quick delivery. Not tried the cushion on the plane yet but well constructed.

Easy to use and comfortable. Packs up quite small, will be useful on my upcoming flight to Europe.
