I don’t normally write reviews, but I am compelled to in this instance because the level of Customer Service that I received from Tony at Wooden Cork was nothing short of exemplary. I had a major issue with the carrier of the product that was to be delivered today. I dreaded making the call because I thought i would be on the phone for hours being redirected to different departments to explain what had happened. In short Tony the agent handling my call was able to verify my purchase an immediately get in touch with the carrier to switch the address in less than five minutes. I was completely blown away by how quickly Tony was able to assess the issue and provide a quick solution. I will definitely doing business with Wooden Cork again. I wish every customer service representative could be as helpful as Tony.

This is my first time purchasing from Wooden Cork. However you guys carry something I’ve been searching for, Vikings Blod. I also purchased Odin’s Skull Mead. I can’t wait for my order and I can’t wait to taste the Skull Mead. Thank you so much for helping me with my call to change the address. You guys are awesome!

My champagne was very carefully packaged and arrived in one piece. I have it sitting in my refrigerator right now.
