Wooden CorkReviews of woodencork.com

A few clicks and a week and a half later one of my favorite bourbons was at my door. Professionally wrapped kept the goods safe. Will continue to buy from Wooden Cork.

Always great service. The only downfall is the shipping cost but everything always comes very well packed and nothing has been broken.

I have bought multiple bottles for my husband. We live in Arizona and have no problem with delivery! Great prices. Would bighly recommend.

Was a bit iffy about trying them out. Placed a 500 dollar order of tequila. And arrived in 2 weeks. Not bad, good things are worth waiting for. Other websites take longer to ship out. Bottles where in great shape and well wrapped. Definitely will become my go to website. As a reminder rare good liqour Is hard to find. So if you really want it. You must wait.

Ordered 2 bottles of scotch. Advertised 'ship next day'. I authorized FedEx charges. 9 days later - nothing. Contacted them and was told 'working on it'. 14 days later, still nothing. Now reading long list of dissatisfied customers. I put dispute with cc company to cancel. Contacted Wooden also. Either just poor service or maybe scam.

Scam. Ordered $200 of run of the mill whiskey. When it hasn't delivered/shipped in over 2 weeks I contacted them about the status and they just said "sometimes it can take awhile". I then told them to cancel and they replied "sure for 10% merchant fee". I think they're just farming orders so people eventually cancel and they can charge 10%. Stay far away

I placed an order with them, but they have not shipped it (it has been 2 weeks) and they have been impossible to contact. They don't reply to emails and no one answers their phone number. I will have to take this up with my credit card company, since I'm not sure this is even a real company that ships alcohol at this point.

This company is a scam. I spent $200 on a bottle and they tell me it was delivered. I explained that my friend never received it. They told me “talk to your credit card company”….zero accountability or willingness to help. Avoid buying from them at all costs!
