Wooden CorkReviews of woodencork.com

I made a mistake on the shipping address. The team fixed it right away. One call and done. No hassles great customer service.

What a great experience this was. I was hesitant because I have been scammed on online orders. I sent an email and they responded quickly. More than once. Chat GPT also encouraged me to use Wooden Cork. So. I gave it a shot and ordered a bottle of Blantons. Very hard to find in any store but here, it was in stock. Mailed and delivered as promised. My brother had to wait two weeks before he could open his gift. I held my breathing hoping when he opened the box his favorite alcohol would be safely inside. It was! I will always recommend Wooden Cork for any sale. Totally worth every penny!

Great to deal with. Not only a great selection but their customer service was excellent. I had a question about an order and they got right back to me and completed the personal request immediately. Highly recommend.

I just started doing business with wooden cork a couple months ago. I spent many thousands of dollars and then had one bottle of bourbon come opened and they refused to take it back and refund me or exchange it. So I no longer will do business with them.

AMAZING SERVICE!!! I can’t say enough good things about Wooden Cork!! I’ve had several horrible experiences with other companies but never had an issue with Wooden Cork. Easy shopping, efficient order processing, communication on status spot on, and delivery as promised and always packed well. I highly recommend Wooden Cork and being a family run business ensures proper care since their name and credibility depends on it.

1/2 the shipment was lost in shipping so sent note to service team, they got back to me in a few hours and reshipped it - great customer service

Their customer service is excellent. I made a mistake with my order and the team was super responsive and quickly corrected my ordering mistake with no issues. So helpful.

I had an outstanding experience with Wooden Cork! After I placed my order, I realized I needed to make an addendum, and their team made the process incredibly easy. They were responsive, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. It’s refreshing to work with a family-owned business that genuinely values its customers and provides such exceptional service. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to help made this one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve had. I highly recommend Wooden Cork to anyone looking for great products backed by outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be a returning customer!
