Overall, I am very impressed by Woodbows. I was hesitant on using an offshore service but I was in great need of help to do some day to day automation tasks for by legal business. I emailed Woodbows, and I received a response right away to set up an appointment to discuss my needs. That same day of signing up, I was connected with a wonderful gal who was very good with navigating the computer and was able to follow my detailed instructions through training. Due to a unforeseen and personal health circumstances with the virtual assistant, I had to be reassigned to a new virtual assistant, Victor. My assigned Woodbows representative wasted to time at all to make sure there wasn't a gap in my services and that my business tasks were taken care of. Victor, my new Virtual Assistant is amazing!! I can tell he actually cares about the job, wants to learn, pays close attention to detail, and even catches me on my mistakes and will ask me before proceeding to any task if the information is correct if he sees it may be out of the ordinary.
