Order coming in on time, in good condition

They sent me the wrong order and Couldn’t replace it in time for Christmas.

I have not received the item. USPS is telling me that they will not send me my item that it was a fake fraudulent order.

This was a gift for my husband. He loved it, but the zipper is very difficult to work. It took both of us to get it zipped. Which will make it very difficult to him to wear. The jacket itself was fine. The zipper very disappointing.

The overall quality of the material and stitching appear to be good. Size does run small, especially in arms. The sizing may be more than one to 3 cm The shipping bag was ripped after the overseas travel, however, the bag supplied by the manufacturer was intact. This is no fault of wonder print. Overall, I am happy with the product. Will make another purchase.

The tracking on my order has not been updated. Reaching out to company has yield no response.
