More Information
The email we received did not give the time the meet and greet would take place. It just stated 'When you arrive to the venue to attend the show, check in at will call to pick up your packet with instructions'. We were driving from out of town and the will call did not open until 6:30 for a 7:30 show. This left us guessing how and when the event would take place. More instructions in the email would have allowed me to leave 5 stars.

Thank you for your feedback! For this date, there was no check-in time and we were asked to just send attendees to the box office upon arrival. I'm sorry that we did not have more information for you to help plan your evening. I do hope that you had a wonderful time at the event and show!

Got my tickets on time!
I really needed codes for pre-sale tickets in Argentina's concert. The system was slow (understandable for the date) but registration was super easy and fast, so I could get my promo codes on time! Thanks

Bought VIP tickets didn't get info on the package. 3 of them... 668$ worth I should be able to click the link and find info about it.. taking my 10 year old so she can get a picture with her... Do we arrive early? This kid loves Melissa. She sang Monster in the talent show! She now wants to be a farmer when she grows up so she can work on Mommas farm! Important to her!
