Some sizes were out of stock for a while, had to order small

The service was great and the design was very cool. One thing that sometimes a little annoying once you tighten the bracelet the bracelet can get loose, but I wrap the excess yarn around each other.

pity service by the VIP organizers, since they did not give us more time to live with the singer (they rushed us a lot to take the photo), they did not give us the poster they promised, they did not pass us to the soundcheck (as they promised) , I am very disappointed by the service (it cost me a lot of work to raise the money to be able to pay the VIP ticket), I feel scammed

My main complaint was that I bought 2 VIPs. One for me and one for my son. We only got 1 picture. I paid for TWO. I've done BSB VIPs with friends and we each get a pic because we each paid for one. If we're in each others picture it's 2 different pictures. Because we bought TWO. I know that they were rushing with Baylee's but it's not okay to jip fans on their purchase to save time. For that matter I didn't have to buy my son his own VIP. He could have just come in with me. This is nothing against Baylee, he was great.
