Julia gives great hugs !!!
Julia Michaels show was awesome. We had the chance to meet with Julia...truly a beautiful soul..Great hugs too. She made use feel like she was coming to see us. She gave a shout out "Right Kim? " to Kim during the show. A life memory for sure. We hope in the future our paths cross again. Thanx again Julia 💓

couldn get pre sale tickets
I bougth the WU membership to buy tickets to the bsb concert in mexico couldnt get any. In mexico all the tickets were sold before the presale day

Very poor service.
Once I finally received it the merchandise was of good quality and was as described. However the customer service and lack of communication on the part of Wonderful Union was inexcusable. At the time the order was placed in September I understood the shipping date would be October 15. Not only was it not shipped until over a month later, there was no communication to explain or apologize for the delay.

It sounds like it may have been something ordered from another store but I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with it.
