The product actually works well. Yes, it does have a strong smell initially but it fades fast to a tolerable level. The two stars are for their “privacy policy” It is actually an oxymoron! They keep toooo much of your information. And makes it available to 3rd party’s. I really like the product but not enough to let them make money from selling my information.

I unfortunately bought multiple products from Wondercide. I heard about it on one of my fave podcasts. They have multiple pets and seem to have a great experience. I bought 4 collars (they smell AMAZING for weeks on end, like you are using your doterra diffuser), a pack of the topical treatment and the flea killer spray. None of these products worked at all for me. I would have given them 1 star, but getting a full refund was so easy and fast that I was forced to throw in another star for the great customer service.
