They do not stand behind their product and their return policy is worthless! BEWARE!!

I ordered both the Knee Massagers and Knee Braces at the same time. I received the Knee Braces and they have been great. However, I have yet to receive the Knee Massagers and there has been no communication from Wonder Steps on delivery tracking or delivery updates for when I will receive products I spent in excess of $120 for. Very dissappointing so far. I hope to receive them soon and provide a review on how well they may/may not work.

BEWARE site is a SCAM. They say items can be returned but do NOT accept returns. They do NOT answer the phone in the middle of the day. They do not respond on site 'chat'. Knee thing does NOT WORK at all. All favorable REVIEWS are FAKE.

We ordered and got the knee brace for my wife.... got it and it is very flimsy... wife tried to put it on and was too small and hurt her leg.... sent a letter asking for a return and refund.... They replied and said to review the return policy what states if the package is opened their is NO refund... How can you not return an item if you open the package. They did state I could return and get a bigger size... the quality is so poor it would be a waste of time....

I got these for my husband- not the right size. Their size says free returns and no extra added hidden fees. They need to take that off their site. It is NOT true. $16.95 new shipping fee and no return??? I really don't care that I don't have to return -- We cant use it. Their site is NOT truthful if you don't read every word you get screwed.

The sleeves I ordered using their size chart did NOT fit. The only way I could get a larger size was to pay $16.95 shipping (which was obviously way more than what the true shipping costs would be). They told me that they do NOT cover anything in their warranty except for the sleeves not fitting properly.

I was checking the reviews to make sure the rating was not ...just the company writing its own reviews (as many do or they have family and friends lie). Then I started reading the one-star reviews. What I did not like was someone wanted to return the sleeve because of size and he did not like it...your response to him was rude and very telling. What you told him was....you said it was to large and we offered you a larger sleeve to support him better...but he did not want it...he already decided by the product you sent him it was not for him. So instead of doing the right thing, you told him to screw off and keep the crappy thing he did not like...making him write the review I read. So, If I ordered both...I was just about to....I was a former paratrooper with over 160 jumps, 2 new hips, spine, new shoulder...morphine pump, nerve issues....and all I wanted was a decent knee brace to allow me to continue my recovery...but, after you telling him (the person who cant get a return) you either keep the size you have or we will send you another...that's not what he wanted....and as a company if your fighting with one person about a 59.00 dollar purchase.....something is wrong with you! If I am not happy with the product...according to the review I read....If I do not like it the only thing you will send me is more of something that does not work or is not what I wanted...no money return. So...by you not just sending him his money....you have earned my review....and thank you for responding to this guy....you showed your true colors...your in it for the money and nothing more.

I purchased 2 of the Wonder Steps knee sleeves. I did so because their written guarantee assured me if I was not 100% satisfied with this product I could return it and receive my refund. Not the case. I tried on one of the sleeves (braces) and it was too big for my leg. I had used their recommended size per their website. I put the sleeve back in the original bag and emailed the company. They responded that they do not guarantee size and I could not return either of the sleeves I had purchased. How is one to know if an item fits their needs unless it is , at least, seen. The Wonder Step "Team" has emailed me again saying I have no recourse. When I explained I would dispute this purchase with my credit card company and that they would not like the review I intended to write they blocked my ability to submit a review from their website. This company is VERY UNTRUTHFUL, UNDEPENDABLE, and not someone I will EVER deal with again.
