Buyer beware
Buyer beware! I ordered a pair of leggings and matching sports bra, but what I received was a pair of shorts instead of the bra. Did they substitute it because the bra was unavailable? There was no explanation. I assume it's an error. I was upset to discover that Wolventhreads doesn't really have a customer service number. You call the number and get a recorded message that instructs you to do returns online. But how do I do a return for an item I never ordered? I wanted to talk to a live person and explain this. I have written two emails and left two recorded voicemails - but have received no response. Wolven has a 15 day return policy; you only have 15 days from the day you receive the package to return it. This seems unfair when they don't have a customer service department that is responsive to email. I feel swindled. That was an expensive lesson.
