Brandon was is absolute rockstar!! My shipment was delayed and seemed to have gotten lost, however Brandon went above and beyond to find the package's whereabouts and was super kind despite my frustration. As others have mentioned he is super kind, quick to respond and understanding. Much love to Brandon & Wolven!

Brandon went above and beyond to help me with my query. They were compassionate and understanding and I truly appreciated being able to converse with someone with a sense of humanness, not just a robot or a customer services rep who’s just ticking boxes. Thank you, Brandon, and thank you Wolven for the quality clothes & wonderful ethics.
