Terrible/non-existent customer service. I have a simple return and have tried emailing them, chatting with them, calling them (number doesn’t even work) and no response for weeks. Even tried messaging their IG page, no response.

Disgusting customer service. If I could give zero stars, I would. Zero replies, zero accountability, zero customer service whatsoever. Also deletes and blocks any negative comments on their social media regarding bad experiences.

If I could give them one star, I would. I've been BEYOND patient and got completely screwed over. In early November, I ordered a gift for my sister's bday (which is in Dec)—two pairs of leggings. I was informed multiple times that it would ship soon, but the situation fell apart. Since November, Wolven has emailed me asking if I wanted to wait for the product or cancel because they did not have either item in stock yet. I said I wanted to wait for it. I said this at least three times since November. They even offered me a free gift to make up for the fiasco that is their business. They are unresponsive until they send out mass emails, like that one, apologizing. I've communicated with them multiple times about getting the shipment and wanting the free gift too. They promised it would ship this spring with the free gift. TWO DAYS ago, I finally got an email saying my order SHIPPED. Then today, I got an AUTOMATIC email saying my order, "was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order, and your payment has been refunded." I am LIVID. I could have saved so much time and energy by canceling in December after it was clear they didn't have the product they were selling online. BUT I WANTED TO WAIT...they promised that I would receive my shipment, but would wait until spring. I've never had this bad of an experience with a company. This COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SHAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER!!!!!!!!!

Payment was done 6 months ago, items were never shipped. Do not order here.

Still no reply to any emails. They sent me an email saying that they had a shipping delay and the stock would arrive march then by 12-mid April. I emailed them to see if the stock had arrived several times and have heard nothing back at all. This company is a scam so DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from them. My goods that I paid for in November NEVER arrived. The last email I received was on 5th April no one has replied since.

The item I received was late, had a sewing defect, and I was completed ghosted by customer service when I reached out

I placed my order back in November and still haven’t received it. They originally told me it would ship in December then January then March…still nothing. Starting to believe I was scammed and doubting that I’ll ever receive my order at this point. I’m very disappointed because it seemed like an ethical company but the communication is terrible. I’ve reached out to customer service with very vague responses or no response at all.

I ordered some leggings ( which I have done in the past...3 others to be exact. It has been at least a year since last purchase. No issues. For this purphase,I cannot connect through email to customer service and none of the phone numbers work. I ordered my leggings on March 17th. While i got a confirmation email, I have no tracking info whatsoever. It is the 28th and I am leaving the 31st for a few days.I really dont get why communication is so difficult. i am just now seeing the reviews online and am bummed. Hoping this resolves
