The watch continues to read “not connected”. I got it to know what my blood sugar is, but it shows my A1C. I am not happy with the product and am told no returns. Be careful.

Not worth the money the blood glucose is way off even after calibrating.

I bought a wolfnotch suga pro . It was a 118.00 dollars . very hard to set up. I checked my sugar level, and it was 50 points lower than STRIP TESTING. Watch showed 122.2 strip test 172. Waste of money for a 74 yr. old man on low income. What a rip off.Very disapointed. Lanny M Griffin

WHEN I WAS 30 AND HIGHER TRUDTING THE WOLF NOTCH WATCH FOR MY FURTURE HEALTH AND TRUST IN WOLF NOTCH WITH ALL THEIR ADVERTISING ON HOW TRUE AND FANTASTIC THE WATCH IS AND ALL SPECAIL TECHINCIANS HAS WORKED TO MAKE OUR LIVES EASIER. The blood glucose component of the watch is extremely inaccurate. I bought watch for this purpose. I am extremely dissapointed.

I have written no less than 8 emails to the company telling them the watch would not connect, and the software does not recognize the watch. Initially I got a pad answer which proved to be worthless. I then advised the company I was requesting a refund of the full amount, and sent pictures of the watch and all components. Again, I requested assistance and now the company and mails have gone silent and ghosted me. This is the biggest rip off, and such a waste of money. If it will not connect to the software it is if little use. Despite their wonderful and flooding advertisements, this watch and software is a total ripoff. DO NOT BUY

How do you calibrate the glucose and temperature?

The accuracy of the watch's ability to measure blood glucose readings is constantly far off from a finger stick test. Calibrating the results on the app doesn't help either. You can't rely on the readings of the Suga Pro for glucose numbers and proper diabetic management. Don't buy this device if you think it will be able to replace a CGM.
