The problem is with customer service. Order was not delivered. Tried to call. After a bunch of robots, was transferred to someone in the Philippines reading from a script. Wasted enormous amounts of time. Birthday gift was totally lost. Called to try to get a refund. Finally got an American agent who took care of the problem. Very poor business operation. Don’t use them unless you don’t care when your gift will arrive.

A friend sent me Wolferman’s cinnamon buns when my sister died. They arrived in horrible condition and tasted even worse. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

I have no complaints just comments. I started buying Wolfermans back in 1989 when it was an independent business. I have placed several orders before it was bought out by Harry & David Company. I just received a new shipment. (I haven't bought in a few years. )The product is good in taste but the size compared to what they used to be is very disappointing. They are not as big around and not as thick. Why pay a premium for english muffins when I can buy this at the store for alot less. Unless my husband can't live without them, I probably won't buy again. I was really looking forward to a Wolfermans english muffin.

Earlier in July, I placed an order for 4 packages of Wolferman's Super-Thick English Muffins, each package a different flavor. When my box arrived on July 18, I found only 3 packages inside. The Cherry Blossom package was not there. I immediately called your Customer Service Department, where I talked with a very helpful, concerned and friendly woman named Therese. Therese assured me that she would take care of the problem and promised that my missing package of Wolferman's Super-Thick English Muffins would arrive at my house as soon as possible. She also apologized many times for the error and for my inconvenience. Sure enough, several days ago, my missing package WAS DELIVERED to my door as promised. Deepest thanks go to all of you at Wolferman's for making this happen, especially to your wonderful employee Therese, Brigid Dutile, South Bend IN

i am here to share just my experience TRYING to place an order ... which ended up deterring me from the entire purchase. shipping charges are already astronomical ... BUT i was willing to spend the $20 for a reasonably priced mother's day tote and brunch set for my mom and MIL, particularly because i was also SUPPOSED to have had a discount/promo code from voluntarily providing my contact info for incessant marketing. of course, the promo code was not working, so i closed and reopened the browser and then signed out/signed in ...i noticed each time the shipping costs kept increasing without any changes to the actual products. first the order was going to be $20 shipping, then $29 shipping, then $33 shipping ... there wasn't even a $33 option on the shipping-calculator-list-thing. i thought i had an customer service agent that was going to help, particularly because she SAID she would adjust shipping AND push through the promo, saying "something was wrong with the site" ...but after being on hold she told me the gift was actually through wolferman's and couldn't be processed through 1800 flowers, even though i found it ON 1800 flowers ... spent another 10 minutes on hold waiting for wolferman's customer service, and ended up hanging up after i saw all of these reviews. i never review anything -- but all of these reviewers literally saved me over $100 and i would like to pay it forward

How the mighty have fallen! The day the original owners turned their business over to a large corporation, they had to know their product would never be the same. We went to a local restaurant that has had these muffins on their menu for years. What we were served was ABSOLUTELY NOT the Wolferman’s I’d enjoyed for years. The 2 inch muffin that was their trademark has shrunk in size, consistent with the trend of paying more in restaurants and getting less. Their famous muffins look like the much cheaper ones you can get in the dairy section of a grocery store. They told the restaurant that instead of using shortening they were now using butter!! So smaller is better because it’s made with an ingredient that NOBODY will detect! Sign of our very sad times.
