Recipe change for the worst. Cut down fresh meat, less of the good things more of the worse and the same price.

Min hund prutter helt ekstremt af dette foder. Heldigvis er sækken snart tom, og skal ikke have det igen. Det lugter ingenting af, virker tørt, også ekstremt meget afføring, og for det meste grødagtig.

New recipe has gone from 41%fresh meat to only 23 %. Why the change? Have bought WofW for years but will look elsewhere now.

My GSD has been on this food ( Blue River ) For over a year with no problems. We have it on order for a 12kg bag per month from Zooplus.PT This last batch however was different, I checked with some previous food I had left and they look completely different kibble. The reason I checked is my dog came out in rashes and was continually itchy. Vet confirmed is was possibly food source with a hefty bill for treatment. Stopped the food and it's clearing up. WHY is it different ? Contacted Zooplus and yet to receive a speedy reply !!!! Luckily I keep all previous bags. If I could attach the photos of the 2 foods I would and you could clearly see the difference.

The food seems good, my dog likes most of the options. Unfortunately I found sharp stone in a tin of food that could have seriously hurt my dog. The customer service is terrible. No response for weeks when my order wasn't shipped. There are too many good options out there to waste time with a company like this.
