I like how WNN is very supportive In helping thru the whole process and not just here is the Info now go do it. Yes you have to put in that work but they are right there to support and help you thru it all and willing to answer whatever questions.

Been researching REI since 3/2024 and attended some free seminars online. It teaches you the buy and hold strategy to achieve financial freedom. I was really serious about scaling my portfolio and have purchased six properties in my first three months. WNN has been a great resource in helping us close on our first investment property. Their concepts hold true and a big plus is you get one on one mentorship for at least 6 months because they’re dedicated in knowing that one is able to fly on their own. Even after the mentorship they still have weekly meetings to throw questions that may come along the way because there is so much to know about real estate investing. Very thankful for the team, the founders, and the advisors (shoutout to Shauna) for this group. Best of all is that we have also made new friends as we continue to venture with like minded people and to keep us motivated as well. WNN's mentorship program is amazing. I started about 3 weeks ago and I continue to be amazed with massive support, resources, knowledge and valuable connections being offered to me as a new investor.
