My husband and I started looking into REI for a couple of years and then I came across a social media post about WNN properties. We already owned a couple of homes in Hawaii and wanted to increase our portfolio and work on generating more passive income as we get closer to retirement. We attended a few other investment groups in person and zoom and they all lacked a sense of connection and relatability. From our very first conversation with Saul we felt so comfortable, to watching CJ and how he and his wife got started we knew this was what we were looking for. From the moment we signed on to the WNN community to meeting our one to one mentor Brandon we were so impressed with the resources provided, one to one coaching, strong group support from other WNN members, deep dive events, training videos, in person events to having CJ on zoom meetings helping to analyze deals and role playing scenarios to make you prepared. The successes and the support given by of everyone in this group especially our mentor Brandon is amazing. He kept us on track from putting in our first offer to closing. Such a positive REI experience, we’ve learned so much since joining WNN properties.

WNN and the community provided the push we needed to get over the hump and actually "take action". Real estate investing was always in our sights but we never actually acted on it, and never had a plan of how we were going to attack that process. WNN provided us the education of what REI takes, and gave us the mental/emotional push to actually take action. We joined WNN with very little knowledge and no experience...Within the first 4 months we closed on our first door...Within the first 6 months we closed on 3 doors and should close on the 4th door soon! When you’re remote investing you need a support team in the local area that you can trust and Wnnproperties has established relationships with realtors, GCs, lenders, property managers, property inspectors and others that want to ensure you succeed. The training they offer will challenge you but in a good way. You are assigned an advisor to provide guidance and answer your questions so you’re not going at it alone. As you build your portfolio and feel the desire to scale up Wnnproperties is also involved in commercial properties, if that is your goal.

We are beyond grateful for the WNN community that is quickly becoming family. Without our advisor Shauna and the mentors on weekly zooms we wouldn’t have been able to get to the finish line on our very first investment property. This community spoke life into us and gave us the confidence and knowledge needed to take action and trust in our teams. We are beyond excited to continue growing and expanding our portfolio with the continued leadership of WNN

The idea of investing in real estate had been in my head, but that idea would get doused by all the unknowns. WNN offers a wealth of knowledge and experience, a solid network in place, and good humans to offer proper motivation. WNN isn't a cookie cutter 'course' -- they take each investor's unique situation, set individual goals and show what's really possible.
