If you’re looking for elite, no BS and zero fluff coaching and guidance for purchasing and investing in real estate, look no further. These guys will show you possibilities you’ve probably never realized were there all along. Especially when it comes to raising private money if you don’t have a bunch of cash in the bank. WNN is a breath of fresh air in an e-learning world of a bunch of so called “gurus” just trying to push a course.

This program fosters a vibrant community where participants can connect with fellow mentees, industry leaders, and potential collaborators. Through regular networking events, group discussions, and exclusive forums, one can build meaningful relationships that could open doors to new partnerships and career opportunities. It's important to note that this program may not be for everyone. It requires a commitment to learning, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to embrace challenges. However, if you come with the right attitude and dedication, one can unlock unlimited potential within oneself and propel one's real estate portfolio to new heights.

WNN with CJ and Jasmine will be the best thing that you can do for yourself. Because of them, I was able to retire early and not have to worry about my finances. With WNN, I started out by buying 12 single family houses and now I have upgraded to owning 2 apartment buildings that are 100% occupied. Get on board with WNN with CJ and Jasmine and be financially successful. They will teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

Trustworthy, honest, and always looking out for the community members best interest. I’ve known the founders for a while now and they are so willing to teach and share their knowledge and they have not changed despite all their success! I appreciate the accountability, the encouragement, and the tight-knit community that feels like family. I’m proud to be a WNN member and will be for life. This is where it’s at!

When I was first introduced to real estate investing, I was perfectly OK with investing in turnkey properties. But once I found WNN Properties, I was able to go ABOVE AND BEYOND what I could imagine and had success after success in acquiring rental properties and building generational wealth! Now I own multiple properties and cash flowing while being nearly hands-off (hello passive income!!). You not only learn how to invest in rental properties, but you have the whole community that will encourage you and keep you ACCOUNTABLE so that you have to take action. You really get out what you put in.

WNN is such a great communityto work with. Getting into the real estate investing world it was still very scary, having WNN to lean on when needed of guidance really helped push me pass my fear and continue the work needed to get into our first property. The knowledge and mentorship from CJ is far beyond what you can get from any online YouTube video. Totally worth the investment to be part of this group and mentorship

Prior to joining WNN I use to dream of being a REI for years but never took action. This community will give you everything you need to make your dream a reality but ultimately it comes down to you. That’s where the accountability kicks in and trust me when I say when it’s time to pull the trigger, you’ll do it with so much confidence knowing WNN has your back.
