DECEITFUL Company
DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to this DECEITFUL company! All their 5 star reviews are FAKE, left by themselves. Real customers get screwed over by them. They do not provide real products and in the event of lost products, they do not have safeguards in place. Instead they make their poor customers suffer the consequences. You will be left without the product and will lose your money if you make the MISTAKE of purchasing from WJD Exclusive.

We take customer concerns seriously, but we also stand by facts. This order was shipped, and UPS confirmed delivery. The claim that we do not provide real products is false, as is the accusation that our reviews are fake—our reputation is built on thousands of satisfied customers. Additionally, posting multiple negative reviews under different names to manipulate a refund is not only misleading but also a violation of platform guidelines. We encourage fair and honest feedback, but defamatory statements and fraudulent tactics have legal consequences. If there is a legitimate issue, we are always open to resolving it through the proper channels. However, we will not tolerate false claims designed to harm our business.

Beware of dishonest merchant
Beware of dishonest merchant! I never received my item. It was claimed to be delivered, however, there is no proof of it being delivered to me, nor is there any signature of mine nor anyone in my household. The courier simply marked it delivered “at residence”, which is definitely not accurate nor suffice. I never got a refund nor a replacement. And I lost $700 for no reason. I am devastated and very disappointed that I made this purchase. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family about this experience and do not do business with such a dishonest merchant.

Slow customer service …
I ordered a pair of earrings and a week later I was notified that they were NOT available! I then had to find an alternative Christmas gift.
