On Oct 21st, 2026 I tried to buy airline tickets from Wizfair
and the online price was 1047.54. Then they emailed me to
say my credit card didn't go through. I didn't see anything
that a transaction was declined with my CC company. I
called customer service at Wizfair. They told me my CC
declined the transaction, but when I said I had another card,
they said they needed to check the flight was still available
at that price. They offered me the same flight at $1247.50.
Delta was offering it at $1139.18 so I told them to cancel the
reservation and that I'd book directly through the airline.
They said they cancelled it, but I did not get a confirmation
email. I can still see the
originally advertised price available on their website. This is
definitely a scam. I have submitted a complaint with the BBB.

Was checked in for flight to New York…
Was checked in for flight to New York which was at 7am and the day before at 5pm I got an email that my booking had been cancelled. The ticket was never issued from this company. Do not use it can’t be trusted.

If I could give NO STARS I would
If I could give NO STARS , I would. They advertise good prices and when you book the ticket, if they cannot confirm the price advertised with the airline, they come back to you saying that the payment was declined so they cannot go ahead with the booking. I verified with the Credit Card and no attempt to withdraw the money was made from their company.I'm unsure why they are allowed to function as a business.
Update — 8 days later… coincidence or not, the credit card I used to try to book that flight was flagged by the credit card company for suspected fraudulent activity.
So, be very careful about who you trust with your credit card details.

FRAUD. SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.
I purchased transatlantic flights through Wiztravel/Wizfair months in advance, paid in full, received confirmation. The Friday before my Sunday departure — deliberately timed so I would have no alternatives — I received a call from a rude agent claiming my Air Europa flights were cancelled and I needed a refund.
I called Air Europa directly while keeping the agent on hold. Air Europa confirmed: my flights were PERFECTLY FINE. On time. No issues whatsoever. When I confronted the Wiztravel agent with this, he changed his story and started fabricating new excuses. I called Air Europa again — they confirmed that a Wiztravel agent had registered a cancellation on my booking weeks earlier WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. They had cancelled my confirmed tickets themselves, behind my back, to resell them at higher prices.
This is their business model: sell tickets they haven't actually purchased, collect your money, then cancel at the last minute when you have no options, hoping you'll just accept a refund. Pure speculation and arbitrage with people's travel plans.
What followed was 6+ hours across two nights of being kept on hold by rude, dismissive, and at times aggressive operators. I was not sent my replacement Swiss Air tickets until 3am on Saturday — less than 36 hours before departure — after yelling, threats of legal action, and extraordinary stress. The replacement flights then suffered their own problems, stranding me 24 hours in Zurich.
I am a licensed attorney. I have documented everything. I have filed complaints with consumer protection authorities. This company operates from India while pretending to be based in New Jersey. Their positive reviews are fake — written by their own employees as confirmed by multiple independent sources.
Do not book with these people under any name — Wiztravel, Wizfair, WizFair LLC, WizFair Travels, WizFair Vacation. They are the same operation. You will regret it.

Awful experience with Wizfair Travels…
Awful experience with Wizfair Travels (wizfairtravels.com). I booked my family’s trip months in advance, expecting everything to be properly confirmed and handled. Just days before our departure, I discovered that my reservation could not be found on the airline’s website. I contacted Wizfair Travels multiple times and was repeatedly told that everything was fine and that I would receive a call back with a new confirmation number — that call never happened.
I eventually contacted the airline directly and found out that our reservation had been canceled. It was only after I confirmed this myself that Wizfair finally treated the situation seriously, just two days before our trip.
To make matters worse, the replacement option they provided was not what I originally paid for. I had purchased direct flights, but they tried to place us on connecting flights instead. The amount of stress, uncertainty, and frustration this caused my entire family right before our trip was unacceptable. A travel company should provide reassurance and solutions, not leave customers to discover major issues on their own at the last minute.
The way Wizfair attempted to compensate us was also extremely disappointing. They offered to cover our carry-on bags, but those were already included in our original booking, so this was not really a compensation or resolution — it was something that should have been included anyway. They also offered a $50 credit per person toward a future booking with Wizfair, but after this experience, we have no intention of booking another trip with them. That offer felt completely meaningless compared to the stress and inconvenience their lack of communication caused.
I would not recommend using Wizfair Travels. This experience caused unnecessary anxiety for my family and could have been avoided with proper communication and customer service.

You never processed an alaska air…
You never processed an alaska air ticket and I now owe American Express $389.99. A guy named Pablo claimed to be with Alaska Air and that's who I thought I was using. Said changed ticket was a extra charge. I was desperate to see my brother in Hawaii who was in an accident. Later I found out ticket was never issued and I cancelled through Pablo who said I would get $389.99 refund. American Ex fought the charge but gave them back their money. I've been scammed and I want Amex to try and get my money back again. Any suggestions?
